Cyclechex and IronPlanet Online Auctions form strategic alliance
New York. December 2, 2010. Sparta Commercial Services, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Specialty Reports, Inc. DBA Cyclechex, the first and only exclusive provider of online motorcycle history reports, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with IronPlanet, an online marketplace for used equipment and vehicles, to provide active mutual support for each other's websites and business activities.

Cyclechex Launches Updated Version of Its Website and Welcomes Thirty New Affiliates

The Company also reported that thirty industry related companies with an online presence have joined the Cyclechex Affiliate Program in the short time since the initial Cyclechex website first appeared. Cyclechex is the initial product offering of Specialty Reports, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sparta Commercial Services, Inc. the New York-based financial services company.

Sparta Commercial launches new subsidiary and introduces Cyclechex
New York, August 9, 2010. Sparta Commercial Services, Inc. is excited to announce today the public launch of its new subsidiary, Specialty Reports, Inc. (SRI), DBA Cyclechex.
